Visiting the Clinic

Do I need an appointment?

Walk-ins are welcome daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Call before arriving for a particular test, physical, vaccination, or employer service so we can discuss your requirements.

What are your hours?

Trust Now Urgent Care is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week.

Where is the Clinic?

Find us at 14317 Northwest Blvd, Corpus Christi, TX 78410, in Nueces County. We serve Calallen, Annaville, Five Points, Northwest Corpus Christi, Robstown, and Odem.

Do you care for children?

Yes. We provide illness and minor injury care for children and adults. Call (361) 933-5150 with questions about your child's age or the service they need.

What should I bring?

Bring photo identification, an insurance card if applicable, a medication list, allergy information, and relevant records. Bring required school, sports, camp, or employer forms. A parent or legal guardian should accompany a child when required.

What if I need emergency care?

For a life-threatening emergency, call 911. Urgent care evaluates non-emergency concerns; your provider may recommend a different level of care or specialty follow-up when needed.

Illnesses, Injuries & Testing

What illnesses do you evaluate?

We evaluate common concerns such as coughs, sore throats, ear and sinus symptoms, fever, flu-like illness, stomach symptoms, urinary discomfort, rashes, and eye irritation. Your provider recommends care based on your history and examination.

Can you treat a cut or suspected minor fracture?

We evaluate selected cuts and suspected minor fractures. Care may include wound cleaning, stitches, splinting, or an X-ray when appropriate. Some injuries require additional imaging, specialist care, or another setting.

Can I come in just for an X-ray?

Call (361) 933-5150 to discuss your needs and current imaging availability. An X-ray requires an appropriate clinical order, and a provider visit may be needed.

Which tests are available?

Diagnostic services include EKGs, flu, strep, COVID-19, RSV, and mono testing, along with urinalysis, urine pregnancy tests, blood-glucose checks, and on-site X-rays. Testing is selected according to your symptoms, history, and examination. Call about a particular test before visiting.

Will I receive my test results during the visit?

Some results may be available during the visit. Others require laboratory processing or additional review. The team will explain how and when results will be communicated and whether follow-up is needed.

Physicals & Vaccinations

Which types of physicals do you provide?

We provide sports, school, camp, and employment physicals, along with annual physicals for a broader preventive health review. Bring the requesting organization's exact forms and instructions.

Is a sports physical the same as an annual physical?

No. A sports physical focuses on participation requirements. An annual physical reviews broader health concerns, preventive needs, and personal wellness goals.

Can you complete my physical form during the visit?

Completion depends on the examination findings and the information required. If records are missing or a concern needs further evaluation, your provider will explain what is needed before the form can be completed.

Which vaccines do you offer?

Our vaccination services include seasonal flu and tetanus-containing vaccines, including Td or Tdap when appropriate. Call to discuss current inventory, age eligibility, and the vaccine you need. Bring available vaccination records and any required forms.

Wellness Services

What wellness services are available?

Trust Now offers annual physicals, medical weight management, IV therapy and hydration, and hormone consultations and treatment evaluation. Your provider considers your health history and needs before recommending care.

Will a weight-management visit include medication?

Not automatically. Your provider reviews your goals, health history, and treatment options. Medication is considered only when clinically appropriate, and results vary by person.

How do I know whether IV hydration is appropriate?

A provider reviews your symptoms and health history before making a recommendation. Oral hydration, IV fluids, another treatment, or a different level of care may better fit your needs. Call to discuss IV hydration availability.

Does a hormone consultation include a prescription?

Not necessarily. The consultation may lead to further evaluation, testing, treatment, or referral. Hormone replacement therapy is recommended only when appropriate after a review of your individual situation.

Insurance & Payment

Do you accept my insurance?

Call (361) 933-5150 to ask about your specific plan and service. Confirm network status and benefits directly with your insurer, including deductibles, copayments, and any service restrictions.

How can I find out about self-pay costs?

Call the Clinic to discuss the service you need and the pricing information available. Ask whether testing, imaging, procedures, medications, or supplies involve additional charges.

Workplace Visits & Employer Services

Do you evaluate workplace injuries?

Yes. We evaluate selected non-emergency workplace injuries. Workers' compensation visits depend on employer instructions, authorization, and claim requirements. Call ahead when possible to discuss visit coordination.

What should an employee bring?

Bring identification, relevant medical information, required forms, employer instructions, and authorization or claim details when applicable. Employers can call to discuss screening, reporting, and payment arrangements before sending an employee.

Is DOT testing the same as a DOT physical?

No. DOT testing and DOT physical examinations are different services. Call (361) 933-5150 to discuss the exact requirement shown on your paperwork rather than assuming one visit fulfills both.
